Liz studied Archaeology at Durham University going on to complete her masters in Historic Conservation at Oxford Brookes whilst working as a heritage consultant. Liz's experience covers many types of buildings and places including dealing with issues of setting, alterations to listed buildings and enforcement. Liz has extensive experience in wind farm developments and their effects on surrounding heritage assets. She has given expert evidence at planning appeal hearings and at public inquiry. Her particular interest and knowledge is in 20th century architecture, having worked with residential, school and cinema buildings and cases involving the potential listing of post war buildings and places.
