Jody O'Reilly BA MA ACIfA
Jody studied Archaeology at the University of Durham followed by an MA in the Archaeology of Buildings at York University. This background in archaeology has led to her adopting a detailed analytical approach to the understanding of historic buildings, their fabric and significance. Jody can provide an in-depth understanding of historic structures and their development. She has worked on a wide variety of projects covering alterations to listed buildings, changes within historic areas as well as appraising the effects of development within the setting of heritage assets. Her particular interest is in domestic houses from cottages to stately homes and their unique reflection of the changing history of household life. Jody has been a sessional tutor for Birkbeck University's Historic Buildings Module for the MA in Archaeology and has lectured to the Attingham Trust Summer School.
